Shared Room Package

Six-person rooms located directly at the conference venue, with shared bathrooms and access to a fully equipped kitchen.

Shared Cabin Package

Two- to four-person holiday cabins located approximately 700 meters from the conference venue. Each cabin includes a bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Please Note

  1. The number of places in both accommodation packages is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Participants are encouraged to arrive and arrange accommodation one day prior to the conference.
  3. The night before the conference is included in the selected accommodation package.

Public Transport

Participants are encouraged to use the e-podroznik application to plan their journey.

Airport Transfer

The organizers can arrange transportation from Gdańsk Airport for an additional fee of EUR 20.
